Seared cod with Smoked haddock chowder, roasted butternut squash, sweet corn and spinach

Seared scallops with butternut squash puree, apple salsa, Serrano ham and caramelized walnuts (£3 supplement)

Trio of Pork Fillet wrapped in pancetta, pork cheeks and pork belly with sweet potato puree, black pudding and jus
