Starters

Wild mushroom soup with croutons.

Glazed Goats cheese roulade with toasted brioche, beetroot and a caramelized walnut salad.

Seared scallops with cauliflower puree and a caper and raisin dressing. (£3 supplement)

Seared hake with crab spring roll, shellfish risotto and avocado icecream.

Beef cheeks with horse radish creamed potato, wild mushrooms and Bourguignonne sauce.

Pork fillet wrapped in pancetta, pork belly and pork cheeks with black pudding, sweet potato puree and port wine sauce.

Mains

Gressingham duck breast with confit duck, sautéed potatoes, roasted Heritage beetroot and port sauce. (Supplement £3)

Venison loin with roasted potatoes, celeriac puree, kale, pear, port sauce and chocolate oil. (Supplement £6)

Seared sea bass with crab and scallop beignet, crushed potatoes, vegetables and langoustine bisque. (Supplement £2)

Seared hake with quail egg, pancetta, wild mushrooms, sautéed potatoes and an Arran mustard sauce.

Aberdeen Angus Sirloin Steak with sautéed potatoes, wild mushrooms, cherry tomatoes, and jus. (Supplement £6)
