Smoked haddock risotto with roasted butternut squash, sweet corn and parmesan crackling

Spiced pigeon breast with pork belly and cheeks, black pudding, and red onion marmalade

Braised beef cheeks with a cep ravioli, horse radish, creamed potato and a Bourguignonne sauce
