Our chef, Jason Gallagher, revels in fresh ingredients, creating dishes that change with the seasons. Below is our A La Carte menu. The A La Carte Menu is available from Tuesday - Saturday.

Starters

Seared Scallops with butternut squash puree, apple salsa, serrano ham and caramelized walnuts - £12.95

Braised beef cheeks with a cep ravioli, horse radish, creamed potato and a Bourguignonne sauce -  £8.95

Chorizo and red pepper risotto with parmesan crackling -  £8.45

Seared cod with crab and scallop beignet, braised vegetables and langoustine bisque - £8.45

Smoked salmon terrine layered with smoked salmon cream cheese, avruga caviar, cucumber and fennel salad and melba toast - £8.95

Main Courses

Aberdeen Angus sirloin steak with roasted potato, wild mushrooms, confit tomato and port wine sauce - £26.95

Grilled halibut with fried quail egg, crispy pancetta, sautéed potatoes, spinach, mushrooms and an Arran mustard sauce -  £24.95

Mallard duck breast with duck confit leg and potato terrine, savoy cabbage and bacon, wild mushrooms and jus -  £23.95

Seared sea bass with crispy squid, sautéed heritage potatoes, roasted beetroot, chorizo sausage and aioli - £20.95
