Our chef, Jason Gallagher, revels in fresh ingredients, creating dishes that change with the seasons. Below is our A La Carte menu. The A La Carte Menu is available from Tuesday – Saturday.


Seared scallops with crushed tomatoes, bacon and sage – £13.95

Beef cheeks with rosti potato, wild mushrooms, spinach and Madeira sauce –  £9.45

Seared cod with crab and scallop beignet, braised fennel and langoustine bisque –  £8.45

Trio of duck smoked duck breast, nougatine of foie gras and duck confit salad- £10.45

Spiced pigeon breast, fig tart tatin with prunes wrapped in smoked bacon – £8.95

Venison loin with parsnip puree, venison pie, roasted potatoes, red cabbage and port wine sauce – £26.95

Grilled halibut with fried quail egg, crispy pancetta, sautéed potatoes, spinach, mushrooms and an Arran mustard sauce –  £24.95

Roasted rack of lamb with lamb belly, cassoulet bean stew, confit garlic, fondant potato and rosemary sauce –  £25.95
