Our chef, Jason Gallagher, revels in fresh ingredients, creating dishes that change with the seasons. Below is our A La Carte menu. The A La Carte Menu is available from Tuesday – Saturday.

Starters

Seared scallops with pea puree, quail egg, pancetta and black pudding – £13.95

Rabbit loin wrapped in serrano ham with a cep mousse, wild mushrooms, tagliatelle and a Madeira sauce –  £8.95

Seared red mullet with pickled vegetables, gazpacho and tapenade –  £8.45

Trio of duck smoked duck breast, nougatine of foie gras and duck confit salad- £10.45

Spiced pigeon breast, fig tart tatin with prunes wrapped in smoked bacon – £8.45

Main Courses

Gressingham duck breast with duck confit potato gateau, wild mushrooms, sausage roll, creamed savoy cabbage and bacon and port wine sauce – £23.95

Grilled halibut with lobster tortellini, crushed potatoes, spinach, cherry vine tomatoes and shellfish sauce –  £24.95

Roasted rack of lamb with lamb belly, cassoulet bean stew, confit garlic, fondant potato and rosemary sauce –  £25.95

Seared sea bass with crab cake, tomato salsa, avocado ice cream, fennel salad and aioli – £20.95

Aberdeen angus rump steak with sauteed potatoes, wild mushrooms and jus – £18.95
