Our chef, Jason Gallagher, revels in fresh ingredients, creating dishes that change with the seasons. Below is our A La Carte menu. The A La Carte Menu is available from Tuesday – Saturday.

Starters

Seared scallops with butternut squash puree, apple salsa, caramelized walnuts and serrano ham. 13.95

Battered cod and chips with tartare sauce. 8.45

Beef cheeks with horse radish creamed potato, and a Bourguignonne sauce. 8.95

Pork fillet wrapped in pancetta, pork belly and pork cheeks with black pudding, sweet potato puree and port wine sauce. 8.45

Smoked haddock risotto with butternut squash, sweet corn and parmesan. 8.45

Main Courses

Gressingham duck breast with crispy duck confit, sautéed potatoes, roasted heritage beetroot and port sauce. 23.95

Grilled halibut with quail egg, pancetta, wild mushrooms, spinach, sautéed potatoes and an Arran mustard sauce. 24.95

Rump of lamb with and lamb belly, cassoulet, fondant potato and rosemary sauce. 24.95

Seared sea bass with cray fish and scallop beignet, crushed potatoes, vegetables and langoustine bisque. 20.95
