Venison terrine wrapped in bacon with Cumberland sauce and pickled vegetables.

Seared salmon with crab and scallop beignet, crushed heritage potatoes, braised vegetables and a langoustine bisque.

Crispy Grassingham duck leg with sautéed potatoes, black pudding and salad Lyonnaise. 

Goats cheese, aubergine and walnut frangipane gateau, with roasted vegetables and basil pesto. (v)
