Spiced pigeon breast with duck pate, brioche, wild mushrooms, shallot, pancetta and sauce.

Warm vine tomato consommé with thyme jelly and basil fritters (vegan).

Seared Sea bass with crab and scallop beignet, shellfish risotto and langoustine bisque.
