Aberdeen Angus Sirloin Steak with sautéed potatoes, wild mushrooms, cherry tomatoes and jus. (supplement £5)

Seared sea bass with crispy squid, sautéed heritage potatoes, roasted beetroot, chorizo sausage and aioli.

Roasted partridge breasts, confit legs, cep tortellini, braised leeks, roasted potatoes, wild mushroom, madeira sauce and a truffle dressing.
