Rabbit and chorizo terrine wrapped in serrano ham with pickled vegetables, Arran mustard mayonnaise and bread crisps

Crisp confit gressingham duck leg with sauteed heritage potatoes, black pudding, salad Lyonnaise and red wine sauce

Seared salmon with crab and scallop boudin, crushed heritage potatoes, Fennel and a langoustine bisque.

Butternut squash tortellini with wild mushrooms, roasted butternut squash, cherry tomatoes, sage butter sauce and parmesan flakes. (v)
