Our chef, Jason Gallagher, revels in fresh ingredients, creating dishes that change with the seasons. Below is our A La Carte menu. The A La Carte Menu is available from Tuesday - Saturday.

Starters

Rabbit loin wrapped in serrano ham with cep mousse, wild mushrooms and Madeira sauce -  £8.95

Seared scallops with butternut squash puree, apple salsa Serrano ham and caramelized walnuts - £12.95

Spiced pigeon breast with duck liver pate, pancetta, wild mushrooms, toasted brioche and port wine sauce -  £8.45

Seared cod with scallop and crab boudin, fennel and langoustine bisque -  £8.45

Seared salmon with asparagus, pink grapefruit, cucumber and green bean salad with a lime dressing- £8.45

Main Courses

Pan fried Aberdeen angus sirloin steak with beef cheeks, fondant potato, wild mushrooms, HP sauce and port wine sauce -  £24.95

Gressingham duck breast with confit leg tortellini, sausage roll, dauphinoise potato, wild mushrooms, Savoy cabbage with bacon and jus -  £22.95

Grilled halibut with fried quail egg, crispy pancetta, sautéed potatoes, Spinach, mushrooms and an Arran mustard sauce -  £22.95

Seared sea bass with crab cake, tomato salsa, avocado ice cream, fennel salad and aioli -  £20.95

Lamb rump and belly with potato terrine, spinach, butternut squash and rosemary sauce - £22.95
