Our chef, Jason Gallagher, revels in fresh ingredients, creating dishes that change with the seasons. Below is our A La Carte menu. The A La Carte Menu is available from Tuesday - Saturday.


Seared Scallops with butternut squash puree, apple salsa, serrano ham and caramelized walnuts - £12.95

Spiced Pigeon Breast with savoy cabbage, wild mushrooms and port wine sauce -  £8.45

Seared Stone Bass with crab cake, tomato salsa and avocado puree -  £8.45

Pork fillet wrapped in pancetta with pork belly, cheeks and black pudding with sweet potato puree and sauce - £8.45

Pan Fried Venison Loin with roasted potatoes, celeriac puree, kale, poached pear jus and chocolate oil -  £24.95

Grilled Halibut with fried quail egg, crispy pancetta, sautéed potatoes, spinach, mushrooms and an Arran mustard sauce -  £22.95

Seared Sea Bass with crispy squid, sautéed heritage potatoes, roasted beetroot, chorizo sausage and aioli -  £20.95
