Our chef, Jason Gallagher, revels in fresh ingredients, creating dishes that change with the seasons. Below is our A La Carte menu. The A La Carte Menu is available from Tuesday – Saturday.

Starters

Seared hake with crab spring roll, shellfish risotto and avocado icecream 8.95

Seared scallops with cauliflower puree with a caper and raisin dressing 13.95

Beef cheeks with creamed horseradish potatoes, wild mushrooms and Bourguigonne sauce 8.95

Pork fillet wrapped in pancetta, pork belly and pork cheeks with black pudding, sweet potato puree and port wine sauce. 8.95

Spiced pigeon breast with red onion marmalade, black pudding and sauce 8.95

Main Courses

Gressingham duck breast with crispy duck confit, sautéed potatoes, roasted heritage beetroot and port sauce. 23.95

Grilled halibut with quail egg, pancetta, wild mushrooms, spinach, sautéed potatoes and an Arran mustard sauce. 24.95

Venison loin with roasted potatoes, celeriac puree, kale, pear, port sauce and chocolate oil. 26.95

Aberdeen Angus Sirloin Steak with sautéed potatoes, wild mushrooms, cherry tomatoes and jus. 26.95

Seared sea bass with crab and scallop beignet, crushed potatoes, vegetables and langoustine bisque. 20.95
